Getting started is easy. You can book and move into your storage space directly through our website, or contact our team and we'll send a secure move-in link to your phone or email. Once your booking is complete, payment has been received, and your ID has been verified, we'll send you a gate access PIN and a site map showing your storage space. Simply bring your own padlock and you're ready to move in.
For safety reasons, you cannot store flammable materials, dangerous goods, perishable items, stolen property, illegal goods, or environmentally harmful substances.
We strongly recommend insuring your belongings while they are in storage. Contact your insurance provider and let them know your items are being stored with Storage Te Puna. In many cases, they can extend your existing cover at little or no additional cost.
Your storage space is secured with your own padlock, ensuring only you have access to your belongings. The facility is fully fenced and protected by an electric security gate with individual PIN access. The site is also monitored by security cameras for added peace of mind.
There is a minimum charge of one month; however, you are welcome to use storage for a shorter period if required. We simply ask that you provide 14 days' notice before moving out.
All storage fees are paid in advance through automatic monthly payments from your credit card or bank account. We also require a one-month security bond, which is fully refunded when you move out, provided your storage space is left clean and empty.
